What services do you offer?
We offer professional custom resume writing services, career consulting, and job seeker templates.

How does the custom resume writing process work?
Once you purchase a service, we’ll be in touch via email to collect your information. You’ll receive your first draft within the agreed timeframe, with one round of revision included.

How long does it take to receive my resume or cover letter?
We offer three turnaround options during the business week:

• 7 business days

• 72 hours

• 24 hours (express)

Can I request edits if I need changes?
Yes. Each resume package includes one revision to ensure it sounds like you and fits your goals. Additional revisions are available for a small fee.

Do you only write resumes for certain industries?
We work across most industries, including government, retail, admin, healthcare, trades, and executive roles. If you're unsure, reach out and we’ll let you know how we can help.

What happens after I buy a digital product or template?
Once you purchase a template, you’ll receive it via email in Word format so you can get started right away. Our templates are DIY. If you’d like us to write your resume for you, please purchase a custom resume package instead.

Can you write selection criteria for government jobs?
Absolutely. We specialise in Key Selection Criteria responses for local, state, and federal government roles across Australia. These are priced individually per application. Reach out to us for a custom quote at resumes@realisticcareers.com.au

Do you offer career coaching?
Yes! You can book a one-on-one session with Tammie to talk through your career goals, job search strategy, redundancy support, or interview preparation.

What if I’ve been made redundant? Can you help?
Definitely. We offer specialised support for people going through redundancy, including coaching, resume updates, and confidence-building strategies.

What’s your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital products and personalised services, we do not offer refunds. However, we’re committed to ensuring you’re happy — so if you have concerns, please contact us. You can also review our full refund policy for more details.
